New Property Lets & Management department at Perry Estate Agents Head Office in Sliema

October 2016 has been a very productive month for us here at Perry estate agents with the opening of our new seafront, ‘state of the art’ offices which will serve as the Perry Estate Agents letting department. This new office space is inter-connecting with our existing head office at 197 Tower Road which will now become the dedicated sales department. Our Director and Head of Lettings, Robert Spiteri Paris recently commented: “With a longstanding presence in the Maltese real estate market, this relocation marks a new chapter for Perry’s letting department and we look forward too many more years of growth.” The office has been kitted out with all the latest technology including fibre-optic internet and wireless TV projection systems as well as an impressive new bespoke boardroom suite. The lettings team have enjoyed fantastic growth over the last few years and this new HQ gives them the perfect platform to build from.

The new office has also become home to “Perry P.M.S Ltd” which specialises in property management services offering both landlords and tenants an extensive service. Long-term Perry employee, Luisa Busietta, has been trusted with the role of manager and will be responsible for the day to day operations. This company is supported by the wealth of experience that Perry Estate Agents have with over 35 years in the real estate business in Malta and will now play a vital role in extending our services into the property management sector.
