2015 – A year in review with Perry Estate Agents Malta

2015 has been a fantastic year at Perry Estate Agents here in Malta and we are extremely proud to announce exceptional financial results for the last quarter with overall turnover up by an impressive 82% compared to the same period last year. Residential sales led the way with an increase of 105% from June to October when compared to the same period in 2014. Furthermore, the Perry Lettings team (headed by company Director – Robert Spiteri Paris) continued its immense run of growth with revenue up by 14% for June to October figures from the previous year. These are impressive results and there is no doubt that Malta is experiencing a huge wave of global interest and foreign investment so we are confident that this growth will continue into 2016 and beyond.

New Perry Estate Agents office in Valletta

This year started boldly for us as we launched our first ever office in our majestic capital city of Valletta fronted by Dan Perry. This has proved to be an excellent venture with solid sales throughout the year and it has now firmly established itself within the rapidly changing city walls as one of the leading and most respected agencies. Exciting times lay ahead for Valletta with #V18 fast approaching (European city of culture 2018) and numerous new boutique hotels (reports suggest as many as 23!) due to open in the coming months. However, Dan Perry now hands the reigns over to Louis Schembri and his team as he takes on an exciting new role for the company as Head of Digital Marketing, beginning in January 2016.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff who have made their own contributions to making 2015 a successful year. We have a wonderful team of people who all work tirelessly, whilst maintaining and achieving our core principles: a quality portfolio of properties coupled with exceptional service.

It’s also been fantastic to see the rise and success of the St Julians branch since its inception back in 2014. This office franchise is fronted by Louis Schembri and Fredrick Stivala and has made a brilliant contribution to Perry Estate Agents with their own team of staff and knowledge of the property market here in Malta. Well done to them and all their achievements so far and we look forward to building on this in the future.

Looking ahead to 2016 there is much to look forward to especially with our Head Office in Sliema which is currently undergoing a design makeover whilst also extending into the adjoining (original) office next door to create an all-new lettings department to satisfy the increasing demand in the ever growing rental sector.
