Perry Estate Agents Malta Report Record Year

Since opening in 1981, Perry Estate Agents have always been considered to be amongst the best service providers in the Maltese real estate industry.  This month the company is proud to announce outstanding annual results with record turnover levels for the company year ending 31st May 2015.

Overall turnover increased by a staggering 71% on the previous year with property sales up by 72% and lettings figures increased by an equally impressive 58%. Furthermore, 2015 was the seventh consecutive year of growth for the residential and commercial lettings department, which not only shows the strength of this sector within Malta but also the outstanding contribution made by the entire lettings team at Perry. Robert Spiteri Paris (Managing Director and Head of Lettings) confirmed that the results “had exceeded all targets and expectations” whilst showing the company was continuing to build upon its position as a “market leader for quality real estate in Malta”.

These extremely positive results follow on from a period of investment over the last couple of years, especially with the modernisation of the company’s IT infrastructure and the newly redesigned website. There has also been the opening of two new offices in key residential and commercial localities, namely on the seafront in St.Julians and more recently in the vibrant Unesco listed capital city Valletta, which as we all know is undergoing a massive transformation and regeneration. In the forthcoming months, a new lettings department will open directly next to our current Head Office at 197 Tower Road, Sliema and this will also serve as a base for the recently launched property management company.
